With medium body, this captivating wine presents attractive and lingering flavor. Yarden Pinot Gris is great to drink upon release, and is best consumed within a couple of years of vintage. The wine goes wonderfully with Thai green curry chicken, sea bass carpaccio, or pasta primavera.
