This wine was produced from dry-farmed vines on the slopes of the Judean hills, where the roots of these vines must wind their way deep underground in a constant search for life-giving water. The vines have an ancient, wild appearance. This minimally filtered wine is rich, deep, fruity, and herbal. Serve with meat and hearty dishes.
