Odem Mountain Volcanic Chardonnay

Odem Mountain Winery, Israel's northernmost winemaker, was founded by the Alfasi family. It lies in the northern Golan Heights in the heart of an enchanting and secluded oak forest at an elevation of 1100 meters above sea level.

The Volcanic Chardonnay is a dry white wine produced purely from Chardonnay grapes, which went through a slow and cold fermentation process. The wine was aged inside French finest oak barrels over a period of 5 months.

Light golden in color, with an aromatic nose and light wood influences, the wine's flavor reveals pineapple, ripe melon fruits, and citrus.

The use of selected grapes combined with aging in the finest oak barrels gives this fresh, crisp wine a nice long finish.
