Koenig Riesling
The Koenig Riesling produced in the Alsace region in France is a perfectly balanced wine with crisp acid and alcohol. At Koenig Vineyards, the ultimate goal is to discover and practice wine growing methods that convey the remarkable terroir of wines grown in this young and exciting viticulturist appellation. Deep in the cellar, premium varietal wines are patiently aged in small French and American oak barrels.
The wine has a golden yellow color with a slightly pink tinge. The aroma is a really nice subtle fruit though there is a much more earthiness, much more terroir. The taste is a really nice full bodied mouth feel, earthy. This is just a really enjoyable drinking experience, it feels exactly like Riesling is supposed to taste like.
