    After gentle pressing, part of the must was fermented with oak and aged for three months it is lees (Sur Lies). Part of the wine underwent a low temperatire fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a medium body and is characterized by aromas of green apples, peach and roasted almonds.
