From 100% blue Weber agave of Highland and Lowland Jalisco. With no oak, the agave is expressed purely. Drink it neat and chilled, or in cocktails.
Tasting notes
Citrus zest, fresh cut agave, white pepper and green melon. Gently sweet and crisp, with herbal agave and underripe melon. Clean and lightly peppery, with an agave echo.
Food pairing
A classic margarita or paloma, ceviche, fresh oysters, or neat and chilled with lime.
