Yarden Petit Verdot
The Galilee (or Galil) is the most northern, and generally considered the best, appellation in Israel. The highest quality area within the appellation is the Golan Heights, the coldest region in Israel. Golan Heights Winery is located in the town of Katzrin in the central Golan.
Yarden Petit Verdot features aromas of ripe red and black fruits rounded out with flowers and herbs, all entwined with notes of roasted coffee, chocolate and French oak. Dark purple in color, this full-bodied wine displays a bit of structure and a lingering finish.
