Yarden Merlot Kela Vineyard
Yarden Merlot Kela Vineyard is produced exclusively from Merlot grapes harvested from the Kela Vineyard, which is located in the cool northern Golan at an elevation of 800 meters. Since it was first planted in 1995 and 1996, this vineyard has yielded consistently remarkable fruit. The wine aged in French oak barrels, of which some two-thirds were new, for 18 months.
Yarden Merlot Kela Vineyard was produced was aged in French oak for fourteen months in exclusive vineyards of the Golan Heights. This wine carries intense notes of blackberry jam, fresh strawberry, warm spice, and light truffle. A sophisticated choice for a mature palate.
