Yarden HeightsWine

Yarden HeightsWine is made exclusively from Gewurztraminer grapes harvested from vineyards on the cool northern Golan Heights. After clusters are picked by hand at a very ripe stage, they are brought in their entirety to the winery, where they are cooled to 10oF over the period of one month. While still frozen, the whole clusters are pressed gently to gradually yield their concentrated and rich juice, which then ferments slowly over the course of a number of months.

The Yarden HeightsWine features intense aromas and flavors of apricot, litchi, melon, honeysuckle and spice. This delectable dessert wine is rich and sweet with nice acidity.
