Vitkin White Israeli Journey
This blend of grapes from different viticultural areas has resulted in a smooth, dry white wine, aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. Part of the Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc were fermented in new French oak barrels for 2 months before blending. Stored properly, this wine will continue to develop over the next 3-4 years.
The Vitkin White Israeli Journey is made from a unique blend of grapes sourced from vineyards throughout the land of Israel. The final product is a fresh and accessible wine that is aromatic and fresh. This dry blend is made of Viognier, Colombard, and Gewurztraminer. It has a exotic floral bouquet and rich yellow fruit flavors with notes of zesty citrus.
