Vitkin Grenache Noir
This wine is a blend of Grenache Noir and Marselan from bush vine dry farmed vineyard grown in the Sharon. The wine was aged for 10 months in oak barrels without being fined or filtered. as a result, over time, natural sediments may appear which will not affect the quality of the wine.
This beautifully crafted wine from boutique producer Vitkin highlights a grape very underused in the Israeli market: Grenache Noir. The wine is fruit forward with hints of oak, and a medium body. Expect flavors of cherry, red currant, and raspberry.
