Tasting notes
Sharp anise and star anise, with hints of citrus and elderflower. It starts sweet and syrupy, around a warming core of licorice. The finish is long and warming, and unmistakably anise.
Food pairing
Pour it neat after a heavy meal, serve it over ice as a con ghiaccio, or stir it into espresso to make a caffe corretto.
