Shirah Bro-Deux White
Started in 2009 by brothers Gabriel & Shimon Weiss, with the goal of bringing a new dimension to the Kosher wine experience and a focus on the production of handcrafted Californian Rhone varietals and blends. By utilizing a minimalist winemaking approach — which puts the emphasis on quality fruit, meticulous viticultural practice, and terrior — we let our wines speak for themselves.
Showing a classic Bordelaise nose of black cherry, strawberry and cassis, herbal Cabernet, tobacco and rich oak.Dark and full bodied, lingering tannins big strawberry and dark fruit follow through the finish. This wine is made from the Bordeaux grape varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grown exclusively in the Happy Canyon AVA, the Central Coast’s best region for Bordeaux grapes.
