Segal's Special Reserve Merlot
In crafting this fine Merlot, grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee are harvested at peak ripeness. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in a mixture of French and American oak. The result is a wine with a ripe, peppery nose, and balanced by its rich body, deep flavor and color. Though drinkable now, this wine is sure to cellar well.
