The Chardonnay is truly botrytis-touched, the fruit is honeyed, and there is enough acidity to keep it lively.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003ch3 class=\"wb-h3\"\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"wb-p\"\u003eThe nose shows honeyed pastry, dried apricot and orange peel, plus a whisper of ginger and beeswax. The palate is full-bodied and rich. Candied fruit comes first, honeyed sweetness fills the middle, and fine Chardonnay acidity holds it all together.
