A 100% blue agave reposado from the Jalisco highlands, rested just under a year in new white oak. Perfectomundo Classico pours a pale gold with a mellowed agave core, made to sip neat or anchor a serious paloma.

Tasting notes
Cooked agave and vanilla lift off the glass, with soft caramel and a hint of white pepper. Round and slightly sweet mid-palate, with baked agave, oak, and a citrus edge. Warm, medium-length finish — clean oak and lingering agave sweetness.
