Pacifica Riesling is a Washington State white built as a collaboration between the winery's New Zealand and American winemakers. Crisp, vibrant, medium-dry, and made mevushal so it can travel around any Shabbos table.

Tasting Notes
The nose opens on hints of key lime, lemon, and green apple with a lifted floral edge. The palate is medium-dry with a lovely acidic balance and a whisper of stone fruit. The finish is clean, refreshing, and citrus-driven.
