Tasting notes
Orange peel, sea spray, soft peat smoke and honey. Salted caramel, dried fig and pepper, with a coastal smoky thread. Long, with salt, smoke, and sweet malt that lingers.

Drink it neat, next to aged hard cheese or with a strong cigar.
