Etrog Liqueur is made from the outer shell of Etrog. Each Etrog is hand-peeled so that the proper amount of peel is removed and used in the extraction process. The Etrog liqueur is made from 100% fruit grown in Israel. It does not contain any artificial flavors or ingredients.
