Mony Samson
Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery, located in the Samson appellation, in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers Dr. Mony Artool. Each year the unique vineyards produce grapes of a high quality, which then age in American and French oak barrels in the natural underground caves of the winery. The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq valley, produce prestigious wines for the Mony Vineyards Winery.
This wine is from the most elite series produced by Mony. It is a perfectly balanced blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Shiraz, originating from the choicest vineyard sections. Our winemaker carefully selected a number of fine oak barrels in which the wine aged for 14 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz were then blended into a rich, full-bodied and aromatic wine that attests to the wonderful complexity of Judea wineries’ offers.
