Tasting Notes
This wine is a composition of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Franc Source Grapes: Vineyard Kishor- Upper Western Galilee Production: The grapes were harvested individually by hand, and the must be fermented separately in stainless steel vats. After the press, the wine transferred to oak barrels and aged for 14 months. Wine Characteristics: Medium-bodied to full-bodied with balanced acidity, firm tannins, and a long fruity round finish. The wine is ready to drink now and will continue to age well for a number of years.
