Jezreel Valley Adumim
Jezreel Valley Winery is a boutique winery dedicated to true Israeli wine making. The sun-loving varietals and the wine making style reflect a new world of original Israeli wine.
Adumim is a rich, spicy and complex fusion of Carignan, Syrah and Argaman. Each component is aged separately for 14 to 16 months in 50% new oak before being blended and spending another two months in oak in order for the varietals to harmonize. The wine dark ruby in color and has a bouquet of black cherry, lavender and juniper berry. It offers pleasure from first sip through the fruit filled, smoky finish, with velvety tannins and flavors of cassis, black plum, espresso, chocolate and a hint of green pepper.
