Tasting notes
On the nose, ripe raspberry, black pepper, and sweet spice, with a hint of vanilla oak. The body is medium-to-full, with ripe berry fruit, balanced tannin, and a lift of warm spice. It finishes smooth and lingering, on sweet spice and dark berry.
Food pairing
For grilled lamb chops, kebab, brisket, or mezze, or just a Friday night at a small table.
