Hayotzer is a quality driven winery situated on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Each wine is a personal statement of its creator (Hayotzer in Hebrew), the renown French born winemaker Philippe Lichtenstein.
Dark fruit flavors. It has a punch of flavor that tapers off and then has a spicy peppery notes in the aftertaste.
