The french blend winemaker of Hayotzer Winery Mr Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: To bring the aromas and sensory pleasures from the vineyards of provence to the hills of Jerusalem.
Aged for 28 months in French Oak barrels, this Cabernet sauvignon was produced from selected grapes grown in the galil having created a full bodied wine with aromas of blueberries and a deep purple color.
