Hagafen Brut Cuvee

The Hagefen Brut Cuvee is a complex wine made from two Yountville vineyards: 78% Pinot Noir from California Soleil and 22% Chardonnay from Two Rivers. It has an amazing rose looking color. The aroma is like rose water and fruity florals. It's not so deep with the fruit florals. It is great on the mouth with acid and fruitiness. The finish is long and satisfying, a classic example of excellent New World Sparkling Wine.
