Hafner Dornroschen
Dornroschen is the German name for the fairy-tale "sleeping beauty" and is used as a pun, as the grapes selected for this blend are the varieties DORNfelder and ROSler, grown on the sunny hills of an area near Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
This wine was fermented and stored for 24 months in new French oak casks which makes it more complex and structured with nice layers of vanilla.
