Gvaot Vineyard Dance

Gvaot Winery, founded in 2005, is a true estate winery located in Givat Harel, near Shiloh. Shiva Drori, the winemaker, has created magnificent wines and is an expert on the ancient winemaking of Israel. The vineyards and the winery itself are at elevations of 700 to 900 meters. They overlook the rugged terrain of the Shomron that are softened by the hues and colors of the ever growing number of vineyards that dot the terrain.

This wine was produced from 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petit Verdot, and 25% Merlot. The wine is characterized by aromas of black fruit combined with coffee. It boasts a rich and long lasting flavor. The wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This wine was bottled unfiltered. Only 3,060 bottles produced.
