Gvaot Gofna Petit Verdot

Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, this wine is 86% Petit Verdot and 14% Merlot. It is concentrated, generous and spicy. This wine reaches its peak about 3 years after harvesting and will continue to develop for 8-10 years under suitable conditions. An ideal match for red meat dishes such as entrecote or filet steak. It also works well with rich, dairy dishes such as eggplant lasagna.Kosher Supervision: OK
