65% Syrah, 35% Mourvedre. Hand-picked grapes from Judean Hills. Barrel aged 12 months in French Oak, lightly filtered, then bottle aged for 2 years. Medium bodied with soft tannins, flavors of mature fruit and spices, and balanced acidity for a well-balanced wine.
