Tasting notes
Caramel, toasted oak and vanilla meet dried apricot and warm baking spice. It is rich and velvety, with layers of honeyed agave, butterscotch, and gentle wood tannin. The finish is long and warming, and it closes on toffee, clove, and a touch of dark chocolate.
Food pairing
Serve it neat in a Glencairn after dinner, sip it with grilled ribeye or mole negro, or use it for a serious Añejo Old Fashioned.
