Once again Dalton is pioneering the use of Mediterranean varieties in its release of a single varietal Grenache wine. The grapes for this wine come from our vineyards in Even Menachem in the western Galilee. The wine is a deep ruby colour, very spicy, think black pepper, on the nose with clear cherry and strawberry aromas. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively with a crisp tutti-frutti finish.
