Covenant Israel Syrah

Covenant Israel Syrah is sourced from the vineyard Tel Faris, in the Golan Heights. This wine is fermented with native yeast, which we feel promotes added complexity and best highlights the natural terroir of the region.

Covenant Israel Syrah is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels prior to bottling. It is big, bold and packed with black fruit and spice flavors. The tannins are soft and silky.
