Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon / Shiraz

In order to preserve it's full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.

The,Appellation Cab-Shiraz is a deep purple color with blackberry, spice and dark chocolate flavors. The wine is full bodied with a long balanced finish. Aged in oak for 12 months.
