Blade & Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Stitzel-Weller Distillery is stuff of Bourbon legend. It was founded on Derby Day in 1935 by Julian “Pappy” Van Winkle himself and some of the most legendary Bourbons and brands were made there. The distillery itself was closed in 1992 and is now a museum.

This bourbon has a subtle aroma of fresh fruit and a taste that includes hints of dried apricot, ripe pear, and a sweet roasted grain. The finish has notes of charred oak and warm winter spices.
