Tasting notes
Ripe muscat grape, fresh white peach and honeysuckle, with a whisper of orange blossom. It is semi-sparkling, soft and off-dry sweet, and tangerine and stone fruit move lightly across the palate. Short and clean, and a citrus snap stops it from feeling cloying.

Honey cake, apple kugel, fruit platters, light cheeses, or brunch blintzes.
