Odem Mountain Volcanic Lioness (33% OFF)
Odem Mountain Winery, Israel's northernmost winemaker, was founded by the Alfasi family. It lies in the northern Golan Heights in the heart of an enchanting and secluded oak forest at an elevation of 1100 meters above sea level.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine are grown at the Mizpe Offir vineyard in the Golan overlooking the sea of Galilee. Manually harvested at dawn, the grapes then go through a long and cool fermentation process, to extract colors and aroma. The color of Lioness is an intense red towards purple. The aroma and flavors of Lioness are reminiscing of ripe black fruits, cherries and vanilla leading to a long smooth soft finish.
