Deep pink in color. On the nose, ripe raspberries, cherries and strawberries, as well as a touch of grapefruit, mint and yeast. Medium-bodied, with a nice mousse and vivid bubbles. On the palate, juicy ripe raspberries, black cherries and strawberries, as well as pink grapefruit, perfectly echoing the nose. Very clean, refined, rich ripe fruit, with a delicate touch of yeasty bitterness balancing out the medium-plus acidity and the fruit on the long and elegant finish. Beautiful rosé Champagne!

This wine of tremendous complexity and length is made from two esteemed and venerated Yountille vineyards. It is 85% Pinot Noir from California Soleil and 15% Chardonnay from Two Rivers. Dry, fruity, and delicious.
