Dalton Reserve Merlot

This wine Merlot Reserve comes from the vineyards of the Upper Galilee. Each element was fermented separately and aged for a year in French barrels, after which the final blend was made and then allowed to age for a further ten months until bottling. This Merlot has aromas of plums and cherry jam together with shades of toffee and vanilla from the barrel, and the sensation in the mouth is of sweet fruit with soft tannins and a lingering flavor.
