Recanati Reserve Bittuni

Bittuni is a local ancient variety, from which red wines were already being made thousands of years ago. This variety was almost extinct, and only a few vines remained. The Recanati Bittuni matured for six months in year-old Burgundy oak barrels. The wine is light, flowery and aromatic, with minerality and a bouquet of red cherries and Mediterranean spices.
