Capcanes Peraj Ha'abib
Capcanes Peraj Ha'abib is a blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan made under strict Kosher vinification rules that require oversight by a local rabbi. Aged in both French and American oak, it exhibits a deep ruby/purple color in addition to sweet, concentrated cassis and currant flavors, medium to full body, and well-integrated tannin, acidity, and alcohol. Enjoy over the next 8-10 years.
