In the palate, it has a medium body, rounded, and a somewhat viscous. With a fruity flavor and notes of tangerine, caramel, cocoa, and a touch of peat. Its finish is big and smooth with long notes of sour and dry orange. This is a whiskey that is one step beyond the conventional, mainstream offerings and a more interesting choice than the classic malts commonly available.
